We are doing our best to ensure that all product stock & prices are up to date on our Website, however, there might be some discrepancies. Please bear with us.
PLEASE NOTE!!! We are first and foremost an ONLINE cycling store and therefore does NOT carry each and every item for sale at our primary wareshouse.
Please ensure that you confirm in advance before arriving at the warehouse to purchase items.
All online orders will take preference – please do not visit the warehouse to purchase in store as items might already be allocated to online customers.
Some items will have a “Ships in 3-5 working days” notification on the website as these will be shipped from another warehouse and not the Durbanville warehouse.
Once your Order is shipped, an email notification will be sent to you with a tracking number.
Shipping to remote areas will lead to a longer delivery time.
If your Order contain Bulky Item/s – a higher Economy Shipping cost will apply. Free Shipping not applicable to Bulky Item/s.
We are reliant on the accuracy of the stock availability at our suppliers and other warehouses. Should the ordered item not be in stock, the shipping & delivery time is extended according to the delivery to our warehouse.
Where items are sold out EVOBIKES will endeavour to restock the items on sale. Please note that this might lead to longer shipping lead-times.
Each item on sale has a limited stock quantity, once this quantity is diminished there will be no replacements. Any items purchased over the availability limit will be refunded at their sale price or an EVOBIKES voucher will be issued to the value of purchase at sale price.
Any normal discounts are not valid on Black Friday or Cyber Monday prices.
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges on any Black Friday Sale items will be permitted.
No price adjustments for the previous orders.
Cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.

EVOBIKES reserves the right to amend the Promotion rules in its sole discretion should this be considered appropriate, before the Promotion ends and any such amendment(s) shall be posted on the Organiser’s website.
EVOBIKES reserves the right to cancel, suspend or terminate this promotion, without notice at any time and the Organiser shall not be liable for any claims arising from such cancellation, suspension or termination.

Subject to these Terms and Conditions:
- The competitor has to have stock of that item or it needs to be in stock at the local distributor.
- The competitor must be a South African store – no overseas stores.
- You need to mail us the link to that or supply us with an official quote.
- The price matching only applies to brand new products – NO OEM/Second hand/Stripped parts.
- The competitor’s offer cannot be part of a special promotion or deal or loyalty program.
- The competitor needs to be an accredited store with our local suppliers and also be VAT registered.

EVOBIKES generally warrants that the SINTESI products is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions and reasonable use for a period of 3 years from the date of original purchase. This warranty IS TRANSFERABLE to the next owner. As to warranty of complete bike, please check for more details from the user’s manual.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS WARRANTY IS APPLICABLE ONLY TO SINTESI PRODUCTS OBTAINED THROUGH EVOBIKES.
This WARRANTY does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear (deterioration under regular use of the product), causes other than defects in materials and workmanship, including, but not limited to, accident, abuse, misuse, neglect (i.e. excessive or improper use or maintenance), malfunction resulting from changes or modifications made to the components or bicycle, improper installation or assembly, use of products which are defective or incompatible with the SINTESI product.
The authorised South African distributor of these products is under no obligation to honour the manufacturer’s guarantees/warrantees or to provide aftersales service. EVOBIKES and our international suppliers will still carry the normal warrantees/guarantees of these products as well as providing after-sales service.
The 991 products are covered by a 12 month warranty from date of purchase.
Patents, designs and trademarks
Patents, designs trademarks, brand names and corporate logos displayed on the website are the property of Evobikes or its licensors and may not be used in any way without the prior written approval of Evobikes. Evobikes does not by this website grant any license to use the intellectual rights said above.
Please note that pictures and phots of products are for illustrative purposes only. The items for sale are the items as is described in the description. Evobikes cannot be held liable for a wrong picture displayed and will honour the description of the product at all times.
Competitions limited to legal residents residing in South Africa.
The winner will be chosen through a random generator, the decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Evobikes reserve the right to cancel or postpone the competition and all entrants agree to waive any rights they may have in terms of the Competition.
Please note that all customer requests to be refunded will have a 10% handling fee deducted for wasted costs (Banking Cost/Settlement Cost/Refund Cost/Shipping Cost).
PLEASE NOTE: The authorised distributors of some of these products is under no obligation to honour the manufacturer’s guarantees/warrantees or to provide aftersales service. Evobikes and our international suppliers will still carry the normal warrantees/guarantees of these products, of which some may be “conspicuous”, for the duration of its warranty as well as providing after-sales service. (In accordance to CPA s25-2).
Each return will be evaluated and product/s inspected before a decision can be made regarding whether it is suitable for repair/replace, or credit to your account, subject to our and/our our Supplier discretion.
Regarding unwanted products or exchanges, ensure that:
- it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached;
- unused/not fitted and it must be in a sellable condition;
- it is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable).
- it is not missing any accessories or parts;
- you need to notify us within 30 days of delivery to you or collection by you of the unwanted product. After 30 days, you can only return a product if it is defective (subject to inspection & evaluation).
Take care of the following when returning your products;
- package your products safely and securely in the original undamaged packaging it came with
- ensure your products are wrapped in bubble wrap or similar for protection during transit;
- include a copy of your Order; and
- include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product.
You are responsible for the courier cost in sending it back to us. We would recommend that you return your items via registered post or courier.
If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, please notify us within 7 days and we will collect the product from you at no charge. If the product is missing any accessories or parts, please take photos and notify us immediately. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available); or credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference).
Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us immediately (within 7 days) of such delivery. We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice repair / replace the product as soon as possible (if such repair is possible/ we have the same product in stock to use as a replacement) or credit your account with the purchase price of the product.
If you return a product that does not comply with our Terms & Conditions, you may be liable to reimburse Evobikes for the cost of collecting the product from you and/or the cost of having the product returned to you.
Failure to adhere to any of these requirements could delay the processing of your request or result in its decline altogether – we are entitled to (subject to applicable law) refuse the return, or only to replace the item that you did return; or to estimate the value of the missing accessories and parts and to credit or refund you in respect of the returned item only.
Note that EVOBIKES BLACK FRIDAY AND CYBER MONDAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS will apply.

Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Evobikes via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. All transactions are encrypted using appropriate encryption technology – providing secure online payment facilities.
Customer details separate from card details

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is
