This shipping method is only available to main areas. Excludes shipping to outlaying towns/city’s. EXCLUDES ANY BULKY ITEMS and/or any product indicated on the website as “SHIPS IN 3-5 WORKING DAYS”. Shipping to outlaying towns/city’s may take longer than 72 hours.

Courier is FREE for orders above R2000, delivered to your delivery address (48 – 72 hours delivery, FROM DATE OF SHIPPING, depending on the outlying area/s – shipping to outlaying towns/city’s may take longer than 72 hours.) via Economy Shipping. Note, ensure the Free Shipping option is selected during Checkout. EXCLUDES ANY BULKY ITEMS.

Wheelsets, Trainers, Forks, Framesets, Bicycles and other Bulky Items can only be send with the R395 – R495 courier option or can be collected. Normal shipping rates do not apply to these items. Free Shipping or Overnight Courier not applicable to these Bulky Items. This shipping method must be selected when ordering wheelsets/trainers/framesets for courier delivery – normally 48 – 72 hours door to door delivery FROM DATE OF SHIPPING. Please Note: All orders will be processed as soon as possible, provided we have the item/s in stock and on hand. Some items might show in stock on the website, but we might not have it readily available and have to be ordered in resulting a delayed shipping date. How long does shipping/delivery take?
Depends on the type of shipping you select and the delivery address, as outlying areas will take longer to deliver. Normally Courier Door to Door takes between 48 – 72 hours to deliver, FROM DATE OF SHIPPING, depending on the outlying area – shipping to outlaying towns/city’s may take longer than 72 hours. Refer to Shipping Options above.
Once your Order is shipped, an email notification will be sent to you with a tracking number.
We are reliant on the accuracy of the stock availability at our suppliers and other warehouses. Should the ordered item not be in stock, the shipping & delivery time is extended according to the delivery to our warehouse.
Some items will have a “Ships in 3-5 working days” notification on the website as these will be shipped from another warehouse and not always directly from the Durbanville warehouse – refer to Shipping Options above.
IMPORTANT detail for Courier Deliveries
Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery (shipping) address, preferably your physical address at work.
Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for your parcel (for all courier deliveries).
We use third party couriers and therefore cannot be held responsible for late deliveries or non-deliveries due to persons not available at delivery address or due to circumstances out of our control. In such cases, non-deliveries will go back to the Courier Distribution Center and re-scheduled for delivery on another day.
The Courier will under NO circumstances be able / obliged to contact you to confirm availability or delivery time. They follow a specific delivery route and non-availability will lead to a non-delivery and re-scheduling for delivery on another day. If after this, the delivery is still unsuccessful, it will be returned to Evobikes and the client will have to pay for a re-delivery.
Please note that no overnight-shipping can be done on any orders placed after 12 PM (Noon).

REFUNDS
Please note that all customer requests to be refunded will have a 10% handling fee deducted for wasted costs (Banking Cost/Settlement Cost/Refund Cost/Shipping Cost).
PLEASE NOTE: The authorised distributors of some of these products is under no obligation to honour the manufacturer’s guarantees/warrantees or to provide aftersales service. Evobikes and our international suppliers will still carry the normal warrantees/guarantees of these products, of which some may be “conspicuous”, for the duration of its warranty as well as providing after-sales service. (In accordance to CPA s25-2).
