The new Nobby Nic is now available as Super Trail or Super Ground version with Addix Speedgrip or Addix Soft compound. I went for the Super Trail with Addix Soft compound in size 2,40″. Just as the name Super Trail suggests, this tyre is designed for the trail rider who wants to keep the weight moderate, reduce rolling resistance, have high cornering traction and a certain level of puncture resistance. What I was particularly pleased about is that the Nobby Nic is now also available with Addix Soft compound. With the increased block spacing within the tread pattern it also looks much more aggressive than the last Nobby Nic model. The tubeless set-up worked perfectly. It was a little more challenging, but the tyre settled smoothly on my DT Swiss M1900 rim. I used a normal stand pump, meaning there was no need for a compressor. After a few laps on my home trails and a long weekend in the BikeRepublik Sölden, the new Nobby Nic Evo Super Trail deserves to remain an integral part of my rear wheel. The combination of rolling resistance, self-cleaning and grip suits my trail bike perfectly. Nobby Nic is and will always be an excellent all-rounder and is now available with a few additional improvements.

For fast e-bikes up to 50 km/h For fast e-bikes (S-Pedelecs with approval, insurance and pedal assistance even above 25 km/h) a special release of the tyres is necessary. It is recommended that these bikes use E-Bike tyres with the ECE-R75 approval valid throughout Europe.
