The Magura Gustav Pro sets new standards in terms of performance, durability and ease of maintenance. With 40 % more brake pad volume, 2.5 mm thick brake rotors and double the oil volume in the reservoir, the brake remains maintenance-free for longer and decelerates even the heaviest e-bikes and gravity bikes with ease.
Thanks to MAGURA EASY LINK, the lines can be disconnected quickly and without tools, while the new bleeder valve ensures particularly easy maintenance. The enlarged 12 & 19 mm pistons guarantee unprecedented stability and sensitivity, combined with a precise pressure point.

- Pre-filled spare parts – The brake calliper and the brake lever are supplied separately, completely filled and closed. If the inevitable happens and you need to replace a component, you can easily swap it without bleeding.
- ABS ready – Like a Bosch? Yes, we like a Bosch! Thanks to the long-standing partnership with Bosch and their own motorcycle ABS know-how, the GUSTAV PRO is optimized for use with the innovative Bosch eBike ABS like no other brake.
- Crafting Magic – Thanks to innovative composite production, Magura can shape the sensors into any conceivable form. They are particularly proud of the GUSTAV master cylinder, as it combines details such as a 12 mm piston, bolted lever bearing, 7 ml oil volume and, above all, invisible EASY LINK integration in the smallest possible space. This is not possible with any other material!
- ASTHETIC DESIGN – Your bikes are too beautiful for ugly brakes! That’s why the GUSTAV integrates perfectly into modern cockpits with a 0-degree hose outlet. And unnecessary kilos have also been dispensed with. Despite its features, it is the lightest brake of its kind.
- Easy Link – Brake hose rethought! The new MAGURA EASY LINK technology allows you a simple plug’n play connection between the hose and brake master. This means you can install or remove your hose as often and as quickly as you like. Even shortening the hose is now even quicker!
