Conti Knowledge
For initial mounting we recommend to use at least 30 ml of Conti RevoSealant per tire. Then spin the tire (wheel) to spread the Conti RevoSealant inside of the tire and pump to the allowed maximum pressure. Check the pressure before the next ride and adjust to your desired PSI.

Compatibility and safety information for tubeless ready tires (XX-C = crochet-type rims [hooked]; XX-TSS = tubeless straight-side rims [hookless]):

25-622 [development rim 19C]: hookless maximum 5.0 BAR / 73 PSI (≤21TSS), hooked max. 7.5 BAR / 109 PSI (≤21C); 28-622 [dev. 19C] hookless max. 5.0 BAR / 73 PSI (≤25TSS), hooked max. 6.5 BAR / 94 PSI (≤25C); 30/32-622/584 [dev. 21C] max. 5.0 BAR / 73 PSI (≤25TSS/C); [ETRTO-2021 for 25-622 on 23TSS not approved by Continental].

Technologies

TR (Tubeless Ready)
The carcass construction is robust and impervious against damage and penetration from foreign objects. The result: versatile, low weight and an attractive design. In addition, tires made using this technology can also be used as Tubeless or with an inner tube. Vectran Breaker – The benchmark in puncture protection
Vectran™ is a synthetically manufactured high-tech fibre from a natural model. Like spider silk, Vectran™ is a liquid-crystalline polymer (LCP). Vectran™ is spun from the melted liquid polymer Vectra and processed further to a multi-strand thread. Spider silk like Vectran™ has an enormous tear resistance at a very low weight: Exactly the right properties to process into a premium Continental bicycle tire as a puncture protection insert. A Vectran™ Breaker is lighter, more flexible and protects more effectively against cuts than the comparable nylon breaker. Vectran™ Breaker does not adversely affect the rolling resistance.

LazerGrip
Lazer Grip, to make you one with the road. The lazered micro profile structure expands over the tire’s shoulder and provides outstanding cornering.

ACT – Active Comfort Technology
The revolutionary approach in cycling. Embedded in the tire construction the Active Comfort Technology absorbs vibrations and smoothens your ride.

BlackChili Compound – It’s all about how you mix it
The crucial balance. The rolling properties of the rubber compound of a tyre are primarily determined by three interacting factors – stiction [grip], rolling resistance and mileage [longevity] . The dilemma: If you improve any of these factors it can have a detrimental effect on at least one of the others. A tyre with maximum grip wears quicker and rolls more slowly. If you then make a tyre roll faster and more durable, grip, in turn, is reduced.
